Management is focused on developing artists, new or upcoming, in a more holistic view than what society has to offer currently in the music business. M.I.C. Consistency, hard work, and networking are the foundation of the company, founded by two Michaels, one a host and current PA for P. Diddy Combs, and the other, one of the well known DJs throughout the country.
